Just like our counterparts in Italy and France, we use the most modern equipment to gently clean the finest of fabrics. We have energy-efficient, European finishing presses known as Up Air Boards, which allow us to press on a cushion of air, thereby eliminating seam impressions. The Cleanery is in the process of installing cutting-edge steam traps that allow a 10–20% energy savings.

INSPECTION
Proper inspection of each and every garment is a priority. Our trained inspectors look for spots, loose thread, lint, pressing issues. They evaluate the overall feel or "hand" of the garment. In addition, they watch for loose, broken or missing buttons, double creases, hems or seams that have come undone. We will mend and do minor repairs as part of the service. We package the garment with high quality tissue and place on a boutique style hanger. The poly we use is a heavier gauge poly that will protect the garments from wrinkling on the trip home.

Whether dry-cleaned or laundered, shirts are inspected for missing buttons, wrinkles, spots and loose threads. Collar stays are replaced and a collar form is place to hold the shape of the shirt until worn. We use a shirt clip to hold the sleeves in place for a superior finished product.
