Platinum Care

Platinum Care is a specialized, custom process developed by The Cleanery for fine garments. We realize your extra-special garments are an investment and demand special care:

- Buttons are removed and sewn back on after cleaning if needed.

- Cleaning is performed in net bags on a reduced agitation cycle to ensure a gentle but thorough cleaning.

- Garments are finished on a European Finishing Board, which allows us to press a garment on a "cushion of air," alleviating seam impressions and poor finishing characteristics.

The Cleanery has instituted a 12-point inspection process for Platinum Care garments to ensure an impeccable, ready-to-wear garment with expert cleaning, finishing, buttons re-inforced, loose threads removed, snags repaired, de-linting of garment, boutique hangers, minor mending or repairs, expertly packaged with high-grade tissue, bagged separately to alleviate wrinkling in travel.
