My Dry Cleaner Customer Connect
Customer Connect will allow you the ability to review and update the following items from your online account.
1. Current status on dry cleaning, alterations and laundry orders.
2. Update current customer information and updates to name, phone numbers, email address, password, address, delivery address, billing address, credit card information, participation in marketing programs and preferences.
3. Create new accounts via web with user selection of counter or route service types, creation of customer profile information.
4. Schedule a route pickup request with the option to verify and validate the date requested.
5. Schedule a route service cancellation for a user defined period of time.
6. Review statement, payment and open invoice information.
7. Make payments on account via credit card.
